care for the animals, and love their job! The staff are so friendly and always smiling.
My cat has many health problems which require medication. He is on a special diet, and drinks so much water! He has dermatitis which means he needs his ears cleaned and face washed daily. I have always worried that this may get worse in someone else’s care, but, the staff do this really well to make sure he is comfortable during his stay. 🐾
I always check up on him, and the staff are so honest and always reassure me that he is loving his holiday!
I would not take him anywhere else! Highly recommend Haytor Kennels! 💙

old enough for boarding. They love it and so do we. The staff are wonderful and look after them like they are their own. Nothing is too much trouble. Respond quickly to emails and are as flexible as they can be with unexpected date changes or bookings. Dont plan holidays unless Haytor can have them.

Very happy dog!
We dropped our dog off nervously as it was his first time in kennels but we shouldn't have worried.

staff were lovely and obviously took great care of our dog as he was so clean and relaxed when we picked him up.
It appears that our dog had a whale of a time playing with lots of new friends. We will be happy to go away now knowing we have found a great place for Cassius to stay.

Terms and Conditions
- All the above prices are subject to Value added Tax at 20% and is included in the prices stated.
- All fees are payable on collection.
- We charge for day in and day out. Your cat/dog’s kennel will be available for your use from 10.00 am on your arrival day until 5:00 pm on your day of departure. Any animal not collected by 5:00 pm will be subject to a charge of one extra day’s boarding.
- During peak periods we will require a 50% booking deposit which is non refundable.
- During our peak periods a booking is only accepted on receipt of your deposit. Payment may be made by card only. We do not give credits/refunds for shortened stays. We only accept card payments (excluding American Express). No cheques or cash will be accepted.
- We reserve the right to revise our prices when necessary.
- All prices quoted will be at the rate prevailing at time of booking.
- All prices charged will be at the rate prevailing at the time of boarding.
